I paid for a gym membership for 7 years, maybe attending a handful of times. I have always been an active person, doing gymnastics, being on school teams and being a frequent member at fitness one.

As I continued on with my education and began University I started to slack on my exercise and eating habits which resulted in gaining 10 pounds in the matter of one year. In December of 2005, I was involved in a serious car accident, resulting in destruction to the patella in my left knee.
